Syracuse University Food Services loves taking care of its students! Opened in 2009, Ernie Davis is the newest of the six dining facilities on the SU campus.The dining hall supplies its students with a wide variety of food served buffet style, build-your-own and made-to-order. Some of the daily specialties include a large salad bar with plenty of fruits and vegetables, a stir-fry bar, plenty of vegan and gluten free entrees and a sandwich deli. |
BANQUET
Let's get real - this is a food-themed conference. The expectations on the tastiness scale are set quite high when it comes to the banquet dinner Saturday night. Schine Catering is featuring an assortment of pastas including short cup pasta and ravioli with marinara, vodka and sage butter accompanied by roast breast of turkey and Portobello mushroom steaks.
